Coordination
- Handover meeting at venue

- Liaise with venue regarding site access for vendor deliveries
- Confirm all deliveries and coordinate vendor bump in/bump out times
- Supervise all deliveries and assist with furniture placement on the day
- Add final styling touches and set up any special personal items
- Ensure everything is set up and styled for 30 mins prior to guests arrival
- One staff member on-site for up to 8 hours 

Flowers
- Seasonal, local & organic flowers from Rustic Romance farm
- Australian native wildflowers or cottage garden style flowers
- Arbor Installations: 1 x medium corner & 1 x medium side
- 6 x Aisle posies in jars for jarrah stumps
- 1 x Bridal Bouquet
