Styling
- Initial planning meeting at your venue
- Styling concept design including colour palette & mood board
- Vendor recommendations to suit your individual style, values & budget
- Source vendor quotes for all required styling items
- Assist with vendor selection and book chosen vendors
- Management of the styling budget and vendor payment reminders
- Finalise furniture placement and create venue floor plan

Coordination
- Meeting at venue 4-6 weeks prior to wedding to review plans
- Liaise with venue regarding site access for vendor deliveries
- Confirm all deliveries and coordinate vendor bump in/bump out times
- Coordination and management of all vendors on the wedding day
- Supervise all deliveries and assist with furniture placement
- Add final styling touches and set up any special personal items
- Ensure ceremony & reception are set up 30 mins prior to guests arrival
- 1 staff member on site for 8 hours

Flowers
- Seasonal, local & organic flowers from Rustic Romance farm
- Australian native wildflowers or cottage garden style flowers
- Arbor Installations: 1 x medium corner & 1 x medium side
- 6 x Aisle posies in jars for jarrah stumps
- 1 x Bridal Bouquet
- 1 x Groom Boutonnière 
- Naturally dried eco confetti in paper cones
- Delivery of bridal bouquet and boutonnière 
- Relocation of ceremony flowers to repurpose at reception**
